I oversaw a talented in-house art team and managed a robust global outsource pipeline, ensuring the seamless production of hundreds of high-quality assets each season. Working closely with product, design, and marketing partners, I helped evolve the visual identity of Covet Fashion while maintaining its legacy as a premier lifestyle game.
Creating detailed mood boards was a critical part of our visual planning process, allowing the team to align in-game content with real-world seasonal fashion trends. These boards served as a creative north star, guiding the development of themed props, costume elements, and fashion attire for our monthly content drops. By referencing runway looks, color palettes, textures, and styling cues, we ensured each release felt timely, aspirational, and authentic to Covet Fashion’s audience — bridging the gap between digital gameplay and real-world style culture.
